One Roof Community
 
The new iconic concept store at the ifc mall further enhances this very popular Hong Kong brand’s positioning and profile in Asia. The design idea “One Roof Community” was stemmed from Mannings’ “Health Republic” store concept. The brand’s philosophy is to care about customer’s needs in a comprehensive way, more than just a pharmacy.
 
Combination of both exterior and interior materials, the atmosphere is welcoming and casual and the skeletal structure pitched roof gives a touch of authentic home style, different from the stereotype of a pharmacy. The brick wall and stone floor creates an outdoor feature, while the wood floor creates an indoor feature. Customers are comfortable to step in and out the community, feel just like home. The configuration well divides several sections: product show case, information counter, new product counter and health corner with the idea space within space.
 
Besides, it is proud to announce that this design is recognized with LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) Gold certificate. Mannings cares about human’s health and also the earth’s health. The design follows the environmental friendly regulations such as make use of natural lights, LED lights, keeping the electrical & mechanical locations and applying accessible materials to minimize the negative effects to the earth.
 
In this well developed city, we are being embraced with all the convenience and only we also embrace and care about the nature should the earth we live can be sustainable.
